Terms and Conditions

By joining and remaining a member of the team, you agree to the following terms

Eligibility & Membership

• Riders must be at least a B category on Zwift for Men and D Category for Women.,

• There is no membership fee to join the team.

• The team welcomes both competitive and recreational riders.

Participation & Commitment

• Riders are encouraged to attend team training sessions, races, and events.

• When participating in races, members race as representatives of the team and are expected to support team tactics and goals.

Conduct & Sportsmanship

• Riders must show respect toward teammates, other competitors, and race officials at all times.

• Members are expected to follow race rules and maintain a positive and professional presence both in and out of competition.

• Promotion of team sponsors is encouraged; riders may not promote competitors of team sponsors.

Equipment & Integrity

• Riders should aim to dual record power data during races whenever possible.,

• Members must regularly update their in-game weight and maintain honest and fair data reporting.

Kit & Branding

• Riders must wear the official team kit in game and team events. National Champs kits are exempt from this.

• Personal sponsors are allowed, but must not conflict with team sponsors.

Communication & Team Dynamics

• Active communication during races and team events is required — both listening and responding to team orders. Discord channels are provided for this reason.

• Team tactics are decided collectively, but the DS (Directeur Sportif) call is final and must be respected. It is not acceptable to listen and not act after giving no response.

Leaving the Team / Dismissal

• Riders may leave the team by informing team management.

• A rider may be removed from the team for breaching any of the above terms and conditions.
